THE IBARAPA POLYTECHNIC, ERUWA CALLS OFF 1 MONTH OLD STRIKE
It's a victory at last as The Ibarapa Polytechnic, Eruwa resumes today Tuesday, August 14th, 2018. As of now, the SSANIP and NASU still holds meeting and prayer for the resumption process and progress of the institution.
The IbarapaNews Team is currently on campus to confirm this and it is true. The campus is now opened for all.
The Rector Mr. I.R. Eyitayo advised that all Students should resume to School As Soon As Possible.
He also stated that since ASUP has called off the strike, they should be able to lecture the Students. But if any abnormality arise such as lecturers not coming to class or if the other two unions ( NASU & SSANIP) deny students entry into the school premises, he should be notified so he could take further actions.
In addition, he appreciated the efforts of the Student Union Government (S.U.G) towards the strike action and wishes students well in their endeavours.
Lastly, he said there's a new development and the Students' earlier resumption to School will determine if the duration of their programme would be much more prolonged.
